As her many fans will agree, Charlotte "Charlie" Johnson has a real job here at All Ways On I.T. Primarily a general greeter, Charlie's talent really shines when helping ease the frustration of clients with failed hard drives, soggy laptops, or ransomware. Her calming presence and playfulness is a welcome distraction. While her lack of thumbs prevents her from operating a phone or computer, Charlie is available for pets, tummy rubs, and toy throwing during normal business hours.
